Customer is required to present the Confirmation SMS or the Reminder SMS of the ticket requested upon arrival at the selected HSBC Premier Centre for identification and verification purposes. The Bank reserves the right to reject the confirmed ticket number if the customer is not able to present the SMS.
Customer who has missed his / her turn is required to get a new ticket number for counter services.

The Bank will not use the local mobile phone number provided for any other purposes apart from sending the SMS to the customer.
