The Bank reserves the right to reject the confirmed ticket number if the customer is not able to present the SMS.
Customer who has missed his / her turn is required to get a new ticket number for counter services.

The Bank will not use the local mobile phone number provided for any other purposes apart from sending the SMS to the customer.
